Not in the novel, no. They get to know each other's identities at the same time after being married, due to an event where they had no choice but to use their powers to combat evil. However, since Changxi Palace and the Demon Market were not enemies in the novel, this doesn't cause a rift between the two of them and they harmoniously continue their happy married life fighting evil demons together.

Yes, they do, it was not by accident tho, the previous cat master saves her life in return she has to carry on his task of managing the demon market. 3. LTZ was born to Mr. And Mrs. Liu, her mom was a demon and she gets passed on with the powers and duties of being snake lord (if I remember right). Here, I think she must have taken possession of their dead child or something as a demon, I'm not sure how they're trying to explain that bit. 4. See 1
