Mama Jin have rescued the petrified MuDeok's body. But the 2 souls were still alive.
But Bu Yeon's soul was weak So Master Lee suggests to remove Bu Yeon's soul from Mu Deok's body, and only keep Naksu's soul in order to save her from dying.
So mama Jin agrees to let go of her daughter's soul, in exchange for her physical body. So it's only Naksu's soul in My Deok's body.
But when she starts recovering from the petrification, she starts to look like Naksu's original body. Because now only Naksu's soul resides in the body.
So technically it's Mu Deok's body With Naksu's face And with Naksu's soul.
Naksu's original body was burned. And Bu Yeon's soul have left.
