It's Naksu's body. Idk if it's "original" Either Naksu's body was never fully burned or Mama Jin somehow revived Naksu's body. Anyway the dominant soul is Naksu's. She can't remember anything before 3 years. So she doesn't know she was an assassin and she had a lover called Jang Uk. Mama Jin believes the new girl is Jin Bu Yeon and her soul. But she secretly knows that she's not her daughter but Naksu. She has this obsession of believing Naksu as Her daughter.
The 2 souls theory comes from this. Naksu is not a priestess. But somehow she now has priestess like power. That's why viewers believe there might be 2 souls, both Naksu's and Bu Yeon's souls in her body. Just like in part 1.
