Just finished episode 3 and I understand her frustrations. She has reached rank to be promoted to capitain but has had this jepordised. She knows that she has to be trained on the new aircraft but not only is she having her promotion curtailed they are threatening to demote her because of one incident when she broke no rules.
It is not unreasonble of her to suspect she is being targeted.

Same Female Lead and 1st and 2nd Male Leads in Master of my Own. Looks to be the same story too but in a different setting. MOMO was set in investment, however Wang kai's character was far more toxic.
