Still, it makes sense to say that this drama is a Korean JW, considering JW is much bigger and popular, and they really are so similar. Also, I read somewhere that the original webtoon was inspired by JW (not sure if it's correct though).

Fans of the webtoon are not loving this adaptation as well.

relax, it's still gonna be a hit. not gonna watch it though after knowing about the pervs in the cast. haha. Season 1 still the best for me. Those season 1 actors really made the show great. Now, it's just full of perv actors (but not all, of course).

Of course, they can do romcom or whatever, but there must be some realism to it to be more engaging. Otherwise, it's just some detached drama that viewers can't connect with and eventually dismiss (and we know there is a lot of those dramas that flopped).

Old actors being so unbelievably and annoyingly childish, merrily trotting around, pursuing love like nothing else matters but that sweet sweet romance -- I find them not just cringe-worthy but also ewww.
