The only decent thing Wil did was when he stand up for Joey against Jimmy bullying.

other than that Wil is little selfish for not consider Joey's feelings when he announced out of blue to the boys with long hairs that he was dating Joey. He could have said to them that they are not his type and not lying about it and take Joey with him.
