Ooh I'm loving this😍..I Loooove this kinda of main characters so much. The type that are blunt ,and seems to just believe in their own philosophy ( like here,Shin cha ll ,really believes people are evil and unless there is enough proof,they r guilty). Like he's resolute in his decisions and the hierarchy / or position of higher ups doesn't bother him .it's like he says ,as long as you are corrupt,I will come for you even if you r the fucking co. President. He comes off as comical at times 😁,like when the corrupt people are trying to bribe or plead with him ,and he just gives them THE 2 OPTIONS.it brings a chuckle out of me. His character and demeanor reminds me of that of "stranger (2017)" main character.
That Yang Kang dying scene almost took me out 🤣..like the camera angles,his and ouyang feng's ,it was supposed to be serious but I just started laughing instead
Wow best kdrama I've watched in 2024 ,it's just my type of genre, political,drama,politics and anti hero leads . The writing is top notch and the pacing was great ,slowed down a bit after PDH became president but it picked up at 8 so can't complain. The acting is great too ( no surprise since they are older actors ,50+ yrs but still),I like it when actors compliment a good script. Saw it on Netflix just clicked to check and ended up binging Shame there isn't enough hype for this show .
I can't with Yang Kang anymore or is it wanyan Kang?? ..and is Mu nianci still holding out hope for him? Love really does make people stupid sometimes...that guy was never going to abandon the wealth he's been raised in to go love in some village with her just cuz he loves her ,even his love for her isn't enough to overcome his cruel and greedy behavior
