Trying to reconcile the dryness, in this over 20’s romantic relationship. I just don’t feel it coming from the female lead. There’s a vibe that even though she’s vested in it, doesn’t transmit when she is with him. On the other hand Zhe Yuan is slaying it. Just the way he looks at her.🤷♀️
I very real story. What gets me it’s how stigmatized mental health still is. As I write, there are still horrible flash points where this is happening right now. I don’t need to get into the horror of war, specially bombings. No one can make it out 💯 % sane from the terror. This story goes into the intimacy of the feelings and traumas of living and surviving this. I do find the lack of communication and prolonged time lapse between the leads a little disconcerting. Being able to relate and support each other after the experience in East Country would be the best medicine. Pride? Not wanting to burden the others?🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
That HE didn’t move me. Like I thought the happiness would come from being together with their kids. They felt like a conglomerate mogul’s. strategy meeting. ☹️
Again, the same overused formula. Trying to get through episode two. Adonis looking male lead and low self esteem FL. It seems to be popular theme in these series from Japan. I truly find it ordinary and boring. Any suggestions for a different type of dinamic between the leads will be appreciated.
Love this. Very realistically acted. “I’m trying not to go there but I can’t help myself.” No miscommunication or people meddling. Good script. Saving us from the usual cringey episodes which go around and around. Thx!
Happy to hear this! As a hopeless romantic, I’m hoping for a solid relationship. They have certainly established a good friendship. Good starting point.😊
How did Jiang Chang Yang find out what had happened to Mudan? They haven't shown it, we've only seen him suddenly…
La explicación que le da Jiang es floja. Pienso que desaprovecharon una oportunidad para ver su reacción al enterarse. Así nosotros poder observar que realmente siente por ella!
Not generally into Wuxia but I must admit it’s pretty straight forward. Loved these first 5 episodes! Fast pace and ever changing action. male lead is a new face which is refreshing. Hope they keep it up!
