With a drastically different edit and some extra scenes this could have been a beautiful story of self discovery, first love, lost, and grieving. If Chanlain had taken Tk around to all of the places Victor wanted to but didn't get the chance to Chanlain and TK could have told each other their stories about Victor and helped each other.

They do deserve credit for one thing though, two of the splats were predictable....the third splat just came out of nowhere. Good on them for that.

For the English subtitles it said that Armin's birthday wish was "that this is their last reset" not something like "he wishes they'll be happy and together for a long time" or something along those lines. 99.9$ of the time in dramas when they aren't specific like that something bad always happens. With Armin past life experience and being an actor he should know to be very specific on things.

Unless it was a lost in translation with the subtitles... ARMIN YOU FREAKING IDIOT WITH THAT BIRTHDAY WISH!!! lol

With everything he's been through you'd think he'd be a little more specific than "I hope this is our last reset"

They definitely left that ending open for possible special episodes, spin-offs, a sequel and I'm REALLY glad they did. All four couples had awesome chemistry together and one off the really impressive things is that they all had about the same amount of screentime, although PerTar could have had a bit more, but it also made sense that their friends to lovers arc was slower.

I'd gladly watch another full series of them all trying to navigate college, relationships, etc. life changes and with the foundation from this series I think they could really get into more character growth, depth.

Finally Nankrai took his shot and got kicked to the curb like he deserved.

TK spent all that time practicing Mandarin, should have spent more time practicing English so he knew what the letter really said and who actually sent it.

This definitely should have stayed a one hit aka one season wonder.

This series really does deserve a lot of credit for being the one multilingual series that not only pulls it off, but does it perfectly naturally.

I wanted Somo to get spartan kicked off a cliff and .00002 seconds of her being on screen the first time, still do. I get where they were trying to go with her plot wise, but just once it would have been nice if someone had tried to do something refreshingly different and had her get rejected, had NanKrai get rejected and the two of them console each other as friends in their shared heartbreak. In the one scene NanKrai said now he can relate to her because he's still holding out hope with Tontae. The three of them have been friends since they were little so it would have been nice if they had leaned into that instead of the I'll make him love me no matter what that they leaned into.

I still think the best bit of comedy so far in the whole series was the bit right after Tontae and Victor kissed in the gallery where Tontae pulled his shirt down to cover his erection because he got shy. It was just a cute, goofy, very relatable moment and acted so well that it came off as perfectly natural.

Jeff's power is seeing the future, or more specifically the future most likely to happen. With his power intensifying and evolving it's gone from seeing the most likely possible future to multiple possible futures overlapping. Normally Jeff goes into a trance like state when he sees the future so he can distinguish between current and future, but this time it all invaded his waking state so it all blended together.

Ahh the age old wait until they're in love with someone and then finally confess to them, but of course don't make it clear what you mean by love.

Nope... you had months / years and blew your chance. You and chalkboard can go cry your tears away in your whatever that moonshine was they were drinking. lol

I still can't shake the feeling this is going to end up on some play of what happened in "On Cloud Nine" with the twins both being in the cast listing as different characters.

It's becoming a bigger problem here in the US as well with more and more people having to rely on payday loan advances and/or buy now pay later.

eventually it gets to the point where legitimate sources will no longer lend money so yeah people do turn to loan sharks, etc.

That's not even taking into consideration things like emergencies, etc. that can easily wipe out savings, etc. if there are even any saving to begin with.

If it wasn't for Willy spicing things up this season, this would have been a drop kick it in the head off a cliff into the trash bin by episode 3.

All the pieces that it needed to be a good story was there, it's just in the putting them together that it started to fall apart and it honestly needed a more experienced director and better cgi / practical effects artists.

Joss X Gawin partnership and the OSTs were the best thing to come out of this series. The actors tried their best with what they were given to work with.

He didn't completely drain Tong so it wasn't an instant death. By the time he had gotten back to Tong the golden blood had enhanced his healing powers that it was enough to give Tong one last breath of life so to speak and that was enough time for Mark to change him.

The only reason why they said it was difficult to kill her is because she had the power of foresight so she knew every move they were going to make before they did it. Nakan pretended to inject Mark with the power suppressing serum so he Nakan could get close enough to Thera to inject her with the real power suppressing serum so she would no longer be able to anticipate their moves so they could get close enough to kill her.

Four episodes in and after they got to Emmaly it's all been pomp and circumstance with no substance.

The best scenes of episode 4 were the forest scenes because our eyeballs finally got a momentary break from all the post processing "hey let's make everything look ethereal" washout. The set locations are already grand on their own, they definitely didn't need it. Actually I think it would have fit better if the set locations had their feeling of grandeur, but with a shadowy undertone to the whole thing. So far even the dialogue has this same very monotone feel to it when there have been a few scenes so far where the cracks in the facade should have been surfaced with more emotionally driven outbursts, etc.

Someone else in the comments called this the Disney version of Game Of Thrones and I would agree with that, except even Disney has managed to have more villainous scenes in their fairy tale works.

The Three Rascals make this entertaining to watch, otherwise it'd be a drop it and forget it.
