Different kinds of Family but at the end everyone is together nevertheless.

Of all the Taiwanese BL I have seen, this has officially reached the top tier. The story being something simple, it was how they took the series further to the best.
Wei Qian is the breadwinner of the family after losing his only parents, takes in a kid home after feeling that was right to do. Yuan knew how he felt since beginning but was afraid of confronting his brother. The story slowly unfolds on how Yuan confronts and how Qian felt in the span of years.
More than love, they show how families with eachother's support suffer and survive together no matter how hard things get.
Above the storyline and acting, feels like the directors and editors did a great job on how the series need to be portrayed.
The OST's , the end family quotes, every thing just fit like a perfect puzzle piece.
will be my comfort drama :)

PERFECTLY EXECUTED THRILLER!

I love how the story is about things happening in a day. Jeong Jian (Kim Hyejoon), niece of Jeong Jinman (Lee dongwook), getting a call from police station informing about her uncles's death. The story then proceeds on Jian being revealed of what her uncle, Jeong Jinman, did for a living and how she has to survive all the fights caused by the consequence of Jinman's action.
Now that her protector Jinman was no more, she is being bombarded with bottles of information and is running to survive.
A survival thriller with amazing fight scenes and a fully packed cast. Both Kim Hyejoon and Lee Dongwook understood their assignment. The mix of past and present but still perfectly separating them made the series real good.
There was no beating around the bush, no romance. Just pure thriller!

Only thing i personally felt as a drawback was that, there was a lot of repeated scenes in episode 7 which was unnecessary and could have been easily incorporated in the previous episodes.

In general, personally, the series was a great watch and if given a chance to watch the series again for the first time i gladly would! :) (PS: would still rewatch nevertheless)

A series that makes you feel like a warm hug.

I have binged watched the whole series more than 7 times and let me tell you, I always feel same the way I felt when I watched it first time.
The story, the characters everything just fits perfectly like puzzle pieces in place.
Aoki's character is like a 10 year old. Trying to figure out his feelings and being courages enough to face it. Whereas Ida is guy who wasn't a social person but was taken aback by the situation. The story revolves perfectly around on how Aoki and Ida's relationship changes and how they evolve.
Short series with the perfect amount of episodes just made to feel like a cup of hot chocolate in winters.
