My point is that the motive is unbelievable. Maybe he was 14, but that still doesn’t fit. He had no connection to his mother‘s competition. He had never met them as far as we know. We’re supposed to believe he just decided to kill the other woman that had a son with the person that his mother married? It’s just not believable. The choice of sleeping pills is pretty bizarre too. Maybe they’ll explain the motive better in the finale, but at this point, it doesn’t make sense.

This is an excellent film. I watch it at least once a year. Anyone who is interested in knowing the history of Korea needs to watch this. It’s based on true events. Their courage is amazing. Yes, it’s a heartbreaking film, but it’s important. The acting is phenomenal, the production is Oscar worthy. Don’t miss it.
Excellent drama. Just a beautiful story. It’s heartbreaking and healing❤️🩹 This is one of those classic kdramas that nothing compares to. The acting is superb with gorgeous cinematography and a thoroughly engaging screenplay. Enjoy.
