I was CACKLING at all of the positions. it's genuinely so hilarious to me. I watched it again a .5 year later and still lmao. the stool!!! ππ overly freaked out ass show
I overlook red flags like I'm paid to do it. I can enjoy most anything. Romanticizing rape is never going to be okay to me. I see some comments criticizing those of us that are criticizing this trope, and chalking it up to fiction. Fiction does not mean that it doesn't have impact on hearts and minds. Rapist frequently attack based off of the fictions they've created in their heads. BLs are viewed heavily by youths, I think planting the idea of falling in love with your rapist, even in a fictional show, is careless and dangerous. He was brutalized by that guy now that's his man?!! PUHLEASE! and that fuck ass's brother wasn't even dead π«
nothing would piss me off more than If we were in the middle of an apocalypse, and someone started putting the moves on me π€£I always get so annoyed with this trope π€£π€£
Couldn't agree more, watching 2 eps every week was pure torture because I was like XF just get out of there already.…
I didn't read the novel. I had no idea what to look forward to, and was losing hope π€£ I have never disliked so many characters in one series. Even the "cameo" characters chapped my ass. π
I was watching other things to cleanse my palette as well π€£
and I 100% agree that it should be binged. Watching and waiting weekly made my frustration tenfold!
he was killing me, why was he all the things in the world INCLUDING DOCTORS WITHOUT BOARDERS πππ most…
I was SCREAMING when he did that π€£π€£ and when he put that file on his thumb and stuck it in that kids mouth π€£ and spitting beer in his mouth. what's his fuckin problem π€£π€£π€£π€£
Such extreme harshness! For me, it's not the series of the year, okay, but it still has a certain charm. The chemistry…
Right, their entire comment seems like it's in bad faith to me. I think the chemistry between them makes sense in light of the genesis of their relationship, and how things progressed. They're becoming warmer with each other now that they're both feeling like the relationship is something real that can last. The plot isn't boring, it's just not crazy toxic or overly freaked out.
But it is also rooted in a bit of kink, servitude.
I think it's realistic, everything that's happening seems like things that could happen in everyday life, it's not fantastical, and that's okay!
I love this one so much, it pains me to have to what a week for each episode and then they're only 30 minutes. I need a lot more of these goofy goobers!
I just can't with the older brother.. .."don't worry, I'm the school nurse""Don't worry, I know acupuncture""Don't…
he was killing me, why was he all the things in the world INCLUDING DOCTORS WITHOUT BOARDERS πππ most of my WTF moments in the show are centered around that character π€£
That was truly one of the most frustrating things I've watched in a long time, and I mean that as a compliment. It's not often that art can illicit such a strong and visceral reaction out of me.
My frustrations and appall were a rolling storm in my chest. I hate shows where one character is needlessly and disproportionately dogpiled, and that was the center of this show.
It was becoming too difficult for me to continue stomach, and I almost chose to DNF at episode 10, but thugged through it, and finally got to see XF pop his shit.
He said "fuck everybody, and I'm taking the money, the scarf and the phone hoes" π€£
Futhermore, the actor that played XF did such a fantastic job at playing such a pathetic and meek little thing, it's hard for me to reconcile that the actual actor is a whole ass Idol.
Sometimes entertainers portray a role so well, even if it's of a character we hate, it just sticks to them. Jeffery Dean Morgan X Negan, Michael Ealy X For Colored Girls, Tony Todd X Candy Man, and now added to that list, Guan Yue X Lu Xiao Fan BSL.
A ride, I will never watch it again. Though everyone should watch it at least once, it's a wonderfully made clusterfuck of episodic frustration. SHEESH!
