loved every minute
It's very rare for me to find a series where I don't fast forward through some scenes but I loved every minute of this series. I loved the acting and how strong and capable the female characters were and I thought that it had the perfect mix of humor and drama. It does get a little violent, but not bloody. Also trigger warning if you have a problem seeing people being bullied because it happens throughout the series so be careful if this is a problem for you. I highly recommend this series. I thought that the action scenes were very believable and interesting. The CG was great and not overused.Was this review helpful to you?
great action series
I really loved this series and I've rewatched it several times. The action is great and I think that the acting is great also. My favorite characters where the ML and the SFL. I never really got to big of a romantic vibe from them like some people did but their chemistry was awesome. I thought that they gave both characters several layers that made me feel for them and want to see more. Some people thought that the female romantic interest was annoying but she had her reasons and the romance wasn't the point of the story. It's a pretty straight forward, but not boring plot but that's is exactly what I was looking for. So if you just want to turn your brain down for a few hours and be entertained by a great action series with little romance and a strong female character (SFL) this is the show for you.Was this review helpful to you?
sweet but forgettable
It's a good sweet movie. There are no sudden twists or love triangles and major issues get resolved quickly. The movie is pretty PG so if you want something even remotely sexy or sensual, this isn't the show for you but the main lead are very sweet together and they have great chemistry. The actors are very attractive and I love the interaction between the leads and the supporting characters. I also liked the fact that the problems that the characters faced had nothing to do with their sexuality but rather their own problems. I also appreciated that this BL had characters out of high school and college. I also appreciated that while the female character was the antagonist in the movie she wasn't evil and her arc had nothing to do with trying to date one of the leads, unlike most BLs.I don't think it's worth a re-watch though if you've seen it once you aren't gaining anything by going back.

not a fan
I know that some people are big fans of this series but I kind of hate it. While Can was never my favorite in the original series he is way to much for me here. He was way to whiney and stupid throughout the entire series although I do appreciate his loyalty to the people he cares about. I also didn't like what they did with Aey. While the actor did a great job both the actor and the character deserved better then what they got. There are several scenes that are very good that I watch on Youtube, but honestly I would give this series a pass.Was this review helpful to you?
not a bad way to spend a lazy wknd.
I gave my review this title because the show isn't horrible or anything but it could really be cut down to 8 episodes instead of 12. The actors are beautiful did a good job, and Aarons' body is a work of art. But it does have a lot of filler toward the end. I recommend this series if you into BL but are tired of them always being set in college. It's also the first time Aaron has acted since his accident and I wanted to support him. I liked the fact that there are no stupid misunderstandings keeping the couples apart and all of the female characters, even the more annoying ones, are pretty supportive of all the relationships. Check it out if you are having a lazy wknd and feel free to look on reddit for the episodes that can be skipped.Was this review helpful to you?
