I used to eat lots of Subway. Not anymore. It has too many bad carbs and buying any type of prepared food is a waste of money. I have my own version of Subway that's much healthier. I just make a salad and add lots of Costco chicken salad. Then I add 2 toasted healthy slices of bread as croutons. I also add olive oil, avocado mayo, mustard. Voila! Super healthy, cheap, easy and delicious. It eat it almost every lunch and never get tired of it.
