This case brings out so much passion. I will leave this in God's hands. He knows every thing that happened. Ultimately, we will all face accountability before God one day. I believe we need to have salvation in Christ before that day of judgement.
For me, I can not and will not watch anything he is in. I don't think people remember what happened. When this whole thing blew up, he remained totally silent for a long time. An innocent person would be out there from day one denying everything. But that press conference actually hurt him. It looked fake. It did not look like real tears. No grown man cries like that, especially a super successful actor. They had a relationship. There was a huge power imbalance. His company went after her for alot of money after her career was destroyed from the DUI. She was vulnerable. Then she killed herself, on his birthday. Those are the facts. More than anyone, the people we need to hear from are her family.
If you want to know what happened in this whole case, ask Claude. Here's what it told me:
"What we can say with reasonable confidence:
She died by suicide in February 2025 at 24 They had a relationship — that's not disputed. After the relationship ended, his agency pursued her for roughly $520,000 CAD in penalty fees, which contributed to serious financial hardship. Her career had already been devastated by the 2022 DUI.
The financial pressure from his agency in particular strikes me as the most substantiated and troubling element — a young woman in financial ruin, reputationally destroyed, pursued for half a million dollars by her powerful ex's company. Whether or not that "caused" her suicide legally or morally is unprovable, but the circumstances are grim.
The family believes he bears responsibility. He denies it. The underage framing appears to have been exaggerated or fabricated. But the underlying story of a powerful man's orbit leaving a young woman in wreckage — that part holds up regardless of the legal specifics."
I'm amazed that in Korea you could go after online slander. This is how it should be everywhere. That person got a fine of $1300 USD ($2000 CAD) which is definitely painful, but not draconian. Why don't we have that here in the West? There must be accountability. Let there be justice. Here in the West, there are no longer any rules. If you wanna take drugs on the street. If you want to urinate in public. If you want to pitch a tent. Go ahead. The authorities do not care. For violent crimes, they give soft punishments. We enable so much crime here in the West to the point that I want to move to a better place.
I don’t know what to think. I really want to watch this drama but I felt uncomfortable seeing a teacher hitting…
Great points. As a Korean, I have lived here in the West all my life. We used to be the best countries in the world. I no longer admire the West at all. Not for the atrocities they have committed in the past. And definitely not for their woke policies that are destroy our countries. Kids who assault teachers don't even get removed. Just ask Claude AI.

Do not go woke.
If you do, I will just watch something else.
I've stopped watched US content because it's so woke.
It was funny, had a great couple and great music.
