In the drama there are many hints, but they didn't spill it outright, my guess is probably due to the authority discouraging transmigrators dramas due to the scene flooded with those dramas years back. The hints are: the CPR like you said, was used by Yu QQ to save Qi Min and later taught to Gongsun. She was drawing pandas when FCY visited her (ep 8), but in ancient time people very rarely see pandas. She scolded Bao'er for eating too much sweets saying it would cause tooth decay, but in ancient time there was no such concept.

Frankly speaking I'm more excited about donghua season 5 🤣

I can speak both languages and had a glimpse of Netflix (via reaction videos) vs iQiyi translation. I would say each has it's strong and weak points. But generally they did quite a good job, just that sometimes it is hard to translate due to the many idioms used (you need to understand the idiom to understand it completely, so it's hard to translate in a short sentence within the limited time frame of the dialogue, and so the translation could only vaguely capture the meaning), or some items/things that appear in Chinese mythology (not in this drama) but hard for foreigners to understand (e.g. yaoguai, 妖怪, is very hard to translate).

Ya it's common because due to the limited budget of a drama, they could neither hire enough extras nor use cgi to fill in the gap😂 We just have to pretend we saw thousands of soldiers😂

I won't bother too much about Douban's scores, they're skewed by rival companies, filmmakers and fan factions who are always all out to destroy their rivals. The scores rarely reflect the true merits of the films/dramas.
