Chinese writers never change I'm serious the Chinese Writers are doing it like no one else. They are here to give those of us who want more then the same damn fucking story and cater to our niche tastes of Dark Romance.

Yeah they are Dark Romances and personally we Dark Romance lovers are starving that's why we hype them up because we want deep stories with complex characters. I really don't understand why complain about it when literally 80% of the bl genre caters to people who like shit like heartstopper. I mean I can crank out a whole damn list of the green flag fluffy school bls there are from Duang With You to Cherry Magic to Ballboy Tactics. The Chinese are finally catering to people who are in need of more then that and it doesn't always have to be black flag leads I mean I liked the Untamed but that was censored to heck but they have found a way around that. The Chinese are doing it like no one else and I give them a damn big applause for having the balls to take storytelling to the next level.

ok pretty solid drama just finished the first episode. It's pretty damn good I'm keeping my expectations low. But Ayoooo are the koreans finally going to start making good bls because with this they on the right path. I hated that tide of love series that was bad.

I don't have a high standard for kbl dramas this is the first I've seen that doesn't look so cheap but I like the synopsis sounds interesting. I might give it a try.

Fuck me ep 10 was my favorite. It was filled with suspense and different sorts of feel they really go for it don’t hold back to show just how scary and high stakes shit is especially since episode before we all know what happened to blondie. Also the guy who plays Wayu give him an award he was able to portray so many different fucking emotions and still feel natural. As for ep 9 it was also fucking good made me shed a tear very raw. Fucking good ass show!!!

I would agree and I don’t even mind similarities to Jinx. A story isnt bad if it’s not moralistic or a psa and the characters are dubious. Those actually are the stories that are more entertaining because they aren’t limited and bland.

The rating is low and the comments are mostly negative. I'm curious to watch this drama, is the story really badly written or is it that the characters are not moral and complicated guess I'll find out.

Hey!:) truly we need more of it and same I live for it too but I feel like we are rare/minority sometimes. But those tend to be the best series and for good reason. They are full of nuance and good plots usually. Plus have more interesting characters.

someone give it to me straight is this series politically correct with just cute scenes and flat green flags I really dislike those or is it series with grey characters if there is toxicity or dark rom I don't mind then I want to watch. I want something with a plot not a montage of a psa.

It's pretty good I haven't watched too many historical dramas so I can't say if it's good or bad but I like it.
