Well, I have taken my time to watch the last episodes. I have to say it was a beautiful snowy journey.
I will not reiterate what many have said over and over again.
Instead, I have to give it up to my man, Leo Wu. This man, this man, this man. I have seen some intense gazes before, but his, just makes you melt and just memorizes you. It was the slightest gestures that he did that caught my attention. From staring at YG for the first time as the snow silently fell around him. His eyes were just fixated on her which you could see nothing else not even the cold mattered. You knew at that point; no other woman would do. She was going to be his.
The way he always, gently would take her hands into his and speak directly too her never letting her eyes stray from his. He wanted her to be all in, on every word, every look that he gave her.
From just making sure that she was comfortable and did things to ensure that she knew he was with her even when he wasn't.
Throughout this drama Leo Wu to me reach just a pinnacle of excellence in his performance of a romantic partner. Not that he has not in the past, but this performance here to me puts him on another tier.
Not to take away from Zhao Jin Mai, but like every woman here, I was focus on Leo. Who could not be? He now has upped the ante for every man.
I tip my hat to everyone who was involved with this drama from the actor/actresses to the people who never get accolades that we sometimes forget. Well done!

I am clapping right now for WJH because when his dad finds out what KSR did to JDJ, girl better get ready for a smack down. She will be booted out of that house faster than you can say, boo! WJH is going to be so happy and get his divorce. And this will be a domino effect. Because I think Granny is going to understand what KSR did was wrong. She will not I think break off the agreement with WJG. I think this will be her repayment to keep the contract.
They will eventually test WYH's daughter and since he adopted her, he is not going to give up the rights to her. This is going to get really interesting. WJG better look at a divorce sooner than he thinks.

He had his crew--the ministers (the head minister he is just going along with the program) he hooked his mother back up to her status, calmed back down the border, the people are plague free, and basically, he is just living the dream right now. The throne is his!!! Give it up for SY doing what he needed to do with that sly smile.
Then to calm the people SY riding his horse through the crowd like it was the Rose Bowl Parade. Called in his backup of CT to help the people believe. Wind blowing, he is passing out the cure for the plague...dude is a trip!
Meanwhile we have YW getting the 4-1-1 from JJS basically telling her, "Look, our boy is down, and you are the only one that can fix this. I went to see Prince GR and he wasn't playing ball, so you're up.to save him." She goes to see the prince, only he is sailing down the river basically singing, NSYNC, "Bye, Bye, Bye." I guess she thought I know I can't swim, but WTH it's for my man. We saw how that went. Sunk like a rock and the prince had to save her. But when you're negotiating you have to give something up in return. Prince GR was willing to play ball only if she went back to his country to be his wife. Ok, is this really a choice. She agrees but she wanted the antidote from TA. Well, you know he is not believing YW even though she saved him. But I guess when she jacked him last time, her word was shaky. YW gave him her most precious possession the blade her father gave her. Deal done!
Gets back to SH and does her Quantum Leap with the help of SH into the space both he and AK share. She tries pulling the blade out, I believe it did come out. That is why we are where we are.
Now, we have to deal with keeping quiet about GW being pregnant. Because you know SY will truly lose his mind and pretty much just want to kill her. No heirs here.
SH seems to have just rolled out the palace and said, "hey, let me go to ocean." Who of thought besides YW to go there. Not me. Hell, I would have been looking for him sewing somewhere. But what do I know. I think that JJS and Eunuch Neung probably had something to do with him getting away. Due to YW pulling the blade out of AK it led him to lose his memory.
I have to say Eunuch Neung is hilarious. He just sees and gets pulled into so much you can't help but laugh.
Who do you think would win the fight if they had one JJS or YJY? I think they are pretty well matched.
I literally have to fast forward the mother of both LHW and LHJ. Then the husband she is married to is just plain stupid. Oh, YYR and her irritating French accent singing and throwing in English is annoying. Does she do anything.
