A very cringeworthy and very homophobic episode

I love this show. The characters, the action and comedy, and I would give it a 9/10 if it wasn't for this uncomfortable episode. I found it very homophobic and rather cruel. I understand that the bad guy had supposedly been violent and he was sleazy, but I found the way they treated him was very cruel. It would have been far better to make him an ally against his domineering mother and the bad guys. I found the way he was embarrassed and treated will have repercussions for innocent parties in the future
