I don’t agree with that sediment about Ryeoun actually. He’s pretty big and I don’t just mean tall and because of that I don’t think it’ll be hard for the directors to make him give off strong/masculine vibes

He is using In Ha but he was straightforward with him about it. He literally told him “I want to use you” in the first episode.

I think I would be fine with the romance if it wasn’t a love triangle especially between friends and especially love triangles that ruin friendships I hate storylines like that.

This comment is kinda odd considering the main romance aspect of the show are between a straight couple (yes Jong Seo is the FML) and if you read the synopsis you would know that. This comment screams homophobia

Well Do Han is gay which is why he’s having his friend act as his bride but who knows maybe he’ll meet a guy and have his own side love story.

Okay so I recently watched a YT video that basically explained in detail BeomSeok’s charter and everything leading up to what he ultimately does to his friends which confirmed everything that I believed about him and his character arc (he’s one of my fave characters in the whole show bc of how complex he is) To be honest I think the reason why he sent all of his anger Suho’s way wasn’t really out of jealousy (the trigger of being left out was also a reason he acted the way he did) that was an excuse. I think he felt betrayed by Suho. The way Suho acted in the later half of the season probably triggered BeomSeok ALOT. Near the end of episode 4 BeomSeok gets told that Sieun and Suho aren’t his actual friends but instead because they are strong and he is weak he is instead basically their minion. I think this plus Suho unknowingly doing triggering things (telling him what to do, unintentionally leaving him out of meet ups and conversations, and putting his arm around his neck) sets him off. Suho doesn’t quite understand why BeomSeok is acting out which leads to an even bigger misunderstanding. Sieun on the other hand kinda gets a sense that theirs something going on and constantly reaches out to BumSeok. This plus the actions of Suho that triggered BumSeok leads him to believe that Suho never considered him a friend which is why he gets so mad at him. He feels betrayed/rejected. Sieun on the other hand offered him an olive branch numerous times which is why none of his anger really gets directed at him.

What I hadn’t noticed until I watched that YT video was the way BeomSeok’s style started to change after his fight with Suho in episode 5. Before then he would wear his glasses and light colors (representing the soft spoken, ride or die friend we knew and loved him to be.) However after their right he stops wearing his glasses and wears darker tones. This is a BeomSeok that is in a dark place. Kinda like he’s not his usual in these last few episodes. Interestingly enough the last shot we see of BeomSeok in the airport he’s in lighter clothes again. Sort of like he wants to become his older self again.

The writers did such a good job turning BeomSeok into a complex character who I just cannot for the life of me hate (might be because I study psychology and I believe that in a lot of cases there are there are reasons why ppl behave the way they do as humans aren’t one dimensional). Especially because in the WEBTOON he was such a fucking LOSER.

Idk why this comment is so funny to me. Usually ppl say something like this about BeomSeok (a character who I low key liked btw bc of his complexity 😂)

Idk seems to me that you took a harmless comment and made it into a big deal. Watching this show like it is a BL would actually be quite easy to accomplish when I think about it. If you take the mind games HDY is playing with SDS as a toxic love story to keep him from leaving lol

I get Nozami likes him I really do but I need her to free herself form that man so she can get the female lead role she wants so bad. I legit called this would happen after he picked her for a second time ep 2. From the first audition I could tell that he was kinda behind on his acting chops compared to the rest of the guys and needs more work. This is like the second or third time they have failed bc of him AND not to mention the teaser for next week shows him having a change of heart 😭

We all know that the little girl Hana is K and Mo Ne’s daughter right? I’ve just had to show on in the background so I’ve definitely missed some scenes but this just seems obvious to me.

This has been bothering me for a while but just to be sure:

I might be a hypocrite for saying this but I’m not mad at Sand lmaooo he deserves to get to be petty especially with how Top was talking to him at the hospital. The retaliation was deserved. It’s unfortunate that Ray and Mew got hurt in the process though but Mew deserved to know about Boston and Top just like how Boston defenders were saying that Sand deserved to know about Ray and Mew.

I think that Ray has a dependency issue when it comes to Mew and mistakes that for love. I think ep 4 highlighted that. The line “Mew was my emergency contact but I don’t seem that important to him anymore” stuck out to me the most out of ep 4. I also think that while jealousy is there Ray’s main problem with Top is that he doesn’t trust him to not break his friend’s heart.
When it comes to Ray and Sand, Ray uses Sand as a distraction but throughout ep 5 I get the feeling that Ray is starting to like Sand but doesn’t want to admit it. I don’t want Ray and Sand to end up together until after Ray heals bc he’s obviously still dependent on Mew. He’s self medicating his mental issues with drugs and alcohol bc of everything that he’s been through. Sand said it as a joke but Ray definitely needs therapy.

My predictions and opinions on couples/characters from the trailer:
-the less messy ship seems to be Ray/Sand and they will probably be the one couple I want to end up together. Ray seems to like Mew but I don’t think they will end up together. I do believe that they will stay good friends though
-Mew seems like the main character/narrator but I hope that just because he’s the main character they don’t force him to end up with somebody.
-Top will probably start off with good intentions and probably really does feel like he loves Mew but after a fight he will probably cheat on him with Boston when he’s feeling down (that’s how these stories go always after a fight lol).
-Top/Mew ending up together won’t be a happy ending for me tbh. It’s implied heavily that Top cheats on Mew with Boston.From what we know Top is a cheater so why would I want him to end up with Mew in the end lol
- Boston will probably end up all alone bc he’s actions are what eventually will break the group and he just seems like a dickhead. The one person still in his corner would be Nick but I feel like he’s just gonna fuck that up too.
-I don’t really know how I feel about Nick. I’ll probably feel bad for him but it’s seems like he leaks Boston and his sex tape to get back at him… we’ll see how I feel about it later on

Idk I feel like a lot of comments here are viewing this BL with a ridiculously high standard which is why it’s getting the reaction it is. The acting was really good (not a surprise most k-bls have decent actors) and the story (while cliche and done before) was done well making it an enjoyable watch.

This show is so good I was at the edge of my seat the entire time. I’m so ready for the showdown next week it’s driving me insane

Post near death experience Ji Hyun is so sassy I love this new him. Unfortunately Jae Won has reverted back into his old self so that’s sad. I just wished he let all of the hurt from his brother’s death go but grief has him in a chokehold and has been holding on to him for years. Despite the angst the last three episodes have been my favorite tbh. Idk the angst was painful but I also kinda loved it 😭
