Top Dramas: Rewatch value=100%. Dramas that had me in an emotional chokehold especially the romance. Ratings range from 8 - 9.5.  Add rating points for angst done well; so some of these are objectively "poor" dramas but the romance and angst is so satisfying; I love them and rate them 8 upwards.
