like in ep 7 they're cooking and talking about food but really they're talking about their relationship using food analogies?????????? Or I think so.......Im not even sure. maybe Im overthinking it

So he thought she was the one asking him on a blind date ( she wasn't ) and when he was going to the date he had an accident ruining his hand which is why he cant be a surgeon anymore. He expected her to at least call and ask why he didn't come.
A shared friend was the person who told him about the date so he thought the shared friend has told her about his accident too so she could've call and ask about his well being. That's why he is bitter

They dont know how to communicate with each other. A simple misunderstanding that could've been resolved by a 2 minute convo is what separated them in the first place and when they get a second chance It takes alot for them to ACTUALLY talk. you get the feeling that they never discussed anything substantial in their first life together.

FL never considers others feelings, her first solution to any kind of problem is divorce, can not decide if she love ML or SML or if she can she just strings them along both. She uses people as pawns in politics and acts surprised when she is told that her actions hurt her loved ones
ML is a pathetic loser that loves his wife from afar and watches her get wooed by a eunuch for god know what reason but can not move on from her either.
