I was all ready to drop it when the news dropped, and actually marked it as such, but now that I'm a bit calmer, I find myself unable to do so. I just really love those characters far too much, and the music and the visuals... I'll keep watching, stop at 26:55, and edit the good ending on the episode once it's released.

I was honestly expecting him to put a bullet through his head, and was very surprised (and kinda disappointed, I have to admit) that he didn't. I mean, the guy lost everything and everyone. Chen Yu Zhi was his anchor in so many ways, his salvation... how can he go on? Jiang Yue Lou doesn't strike me as the type of man who can move on and just live after losing his significant other.

Yeah, I watched that one years ago, and it wasn't great... The only thing I remember is that it made me uneasy because of the power imbalance between them, and the constant "no homo" got on my nerves.

It's probably because most international viewers are stuck on the Youtube release, so only halfway through... They'll rate it once they're done watching, but that'll take some time since the release schedule is at 3 episodes a week now.

Some are not, like Ever Night (and more recently Storm Eye, I think), which is mostly undubbed. In this one's case, I think we can safely say it's dubbed, because the audio doesn't always sync up properly.

Ah, they did? That's too bad, their subs were really much better than Mango's... Unfortunately my understanding of Chinese is limited to a few simple sentences, so I have to rely on the subs, too... as for the spoilers, I'm just waiting desperately for someone to tell me that it's a HE. Yes, very much so. The two leads' relationship is gorgeous, they really complement each other and trust each other completely. The visuals and music are absolutely beautiful, too.
