I agree. This the worst storyline. I see nothing even remotely attractive about this character. I think she was in an earlier series with Tay and she was a real bitch in that one too.

Me either….I love Tay in any role but this Nueng character has already given me a headache. Losing a parent is no reason to be rude and uppity. Any time she appears I will probably hit the mute button or fast forward. Ugh ugh!
Right now I just want Name to be happy. He is so isolated and it seems like things are going to get worse for him. And the one who is homesick. I can really relate.
This series really reminds me of my college days. In a word relationships were all over the ….one night stands. tears, breakups physical confrontations, drama, drama, drama…..messy. messy , messy…. group. So yes the hormones are popping and we see people being treated like horse manure. This is reality for some. Fortunately we are more than half way through so we will be put out of our misery soon.

This is one reason I really don’t base my decision to watch or not to watch on my drama list ratings. I am actually enjoying it, The bodyguards are so darn cute and hilarious. They really are meant for each other. The storyline is all over the place but I have seen worse. The mls are keeping me here. Hopefully we get a happy ending.

Well put For the reasons you stated about the issues tackled it will go on my rewatch list. One of my favorite parts was how Akk’s parents reacted to his whole situation at school and his coming out.. and their response to Ayan took my breathe away. It was not perfect but perfect enough for me.
When will this torture end ?…at my last count there are definitely ten people who know Tian has a secret….but none of these dummies can figure out what secret is so terrible it would cause the mother to kill…lol..the father better watch his back because he signed his own death warrant when he said he’d make the same decision over again because no one trusts a homosexual….the only solution I see is for Tian to disguise himself as a woman and he and his lover along with the two children smuggle their way on a boat and get the hell out of there. Maybe his brother and his true love can follow because there is no way either of them could live in that house of horrors.
What people need to understand about this series is that its not fluff. Its not your ordinary BL.Its showing us…
I agree. It’s the harsh reality that most of us would rather not face. What really happens when the director says cut and it’s back to the real world. Thankfully a few of the bl actors are finally talking about some of the things they’ve been subjected to and how it affected their mental health and self-esteem. We may not like it but I hope series like this and Call What You Want will have a positive impact on the industry.

I’m from the USA and we do love a good soap opera…..murder, mayhem, backstabbing, deceit, treachery, toxicity and some hot studs mixed with a thirsty cunning slut makes this right up there with the best. I will let you have your moment of bliss. Just seeing our two heartbeats in one room was enough. But before you skip down the yellow brick road to happiness remember there is no end to what these two mothers won’t stoop to to get what they want which really has nothing to do with their sons being happy. I see more angst and torment for Tian and his lover. Only 20 more episodes of physical and mental torture. Misery certainly loves company because it’s obvious that we just keep coming back for more. Lol…see you next week. By that time the wicked black witch may have found a way to dispose of the old family doctor.
I finally saw ep 17 and 18 and yes it will go on my rewatch list. It was wrapped up with a love bow at the end. Don’t hate me..I am a hopeless romantic. That last scene with Ohm and Fluke, excuse me Kim and Sun was all I needed. Now I can get a pint of chocolate ice cream and binge watch on a cold, snowy day. Hopefully The Eclipse will give me another happy ending.
