Here are my thoughts after watching the trailer, Jung seok is type of character with disassocitive identity disorder where one of her side is a compassionate pupil who wants to learn more things to Excel as best neurosurgeon like her mentor & other side of her is highly likely a psychotic serial killer who kills (people/criminals) mercilessly with lack of emotions.
