Although dramas are flopping but majority still managed to have crazy good Douban score this years with multiple dramas entering 8 score range. The same vocal minority who asks production houses to ruin stories and scripts in order to include their favourite cliches and troupes is also going out of their way to push the score, which combined with production houses marketing tactics is creating a false sense of security or success.
