1)FL didn't selected ML cuz of above mentioned reasons, she selected him cuz he gave her best the best deal. She had no other options, I don't remember ML explicitly mentioning what you are stating here. He didn't promised her anything and FL is not a 2 year old child. She should know, if terms were not on paper/contract they don't exist.
2)So, you are saying ML should have give her leeway and betray his grandfather, his trust and all the members of Doyngai group (whom investment money come from), went against his principles and betterment of the XC...just cuz FL sleeps with him and is his girlfriend.
FL wasn't the only founder of the company, ML as their single and primary investor is also a founding member.
I am not saying ML is not in wrong here, his first mistakes was involving himself with his subordinate, his second mistake was his failure to establish boundaries in relationships (he gave in way to much), his third mistakes was his failure to communicate his boundaries (separation of working and personal life) and lower limits and his fourth mistake was failure to tell her "that he can't tell her exact reasons due to conflicting interest" and failure to grow a backbone and stand his ground, to tell FL straight up in office scene that she crossed every limit and hence should be dumped on the spot.
I will like to raise one point here, ML is the ultra-virgin here and FL is coming in with years of relationship experience. FL never allowed ML to explain his actions or anything went berserk like "it's my way or highway" and yelled, name called him and emotionally blackmailed him.

Then expected an apology. I am talking about whole attempt at back stabbing, her behavior during breakup and attempts to guilt trip him into submission.
If she didn't diluted her shares, she would have had majority shares and in position to negotiate but still she would have lost cuz shares are important, money is even more important.
ML would have simply stopped supplying cash to keep the company afloat, nosedived the share prices and when bills stacked up...she would have yielded anyway !
She has to properly apologize to ML about yelling and cursing, seriously I won't mind if she settles with new guy !

Lol her company, the one with majority shares owns the company and it was ML.
No where in the entire world, minority share holders have any say big decision like merger.

It's okay for any human to make mistakes but "learn from them" is the problem here.
She is expecting an apology for what?
in order for her to learn from her this mistake and move on as a couple, the guilty party have to acknowledge their wrong doing and explain her actions. It isn't a small fight and she didn't just disagreed with him and separated.
She did a lot of disgusting shit and list of her crimes is long, that's where problem lies.
We don't see her repenting or learning... instead she is expecting "apology" and wants to white wash her behavior and just move on, like nothing ever happened.

Nobody is against "Forget and forgive" but execution of the process is the real problem here.

If they really communicated that flawlessly, there won't be any need to make this drama. I don't completely agree with you cuz ML was the ultra-virgin in the relationship and FL was the one with years of experience under her belt.
It's quite natural he isn't experienced or mature enough to understand the concept of two-way communication,boundaries and keeping work and private life separate.
ML did tried to explain but FL never gave him a chance too, made one sided decision and run away. Even now it's the ML fighting for the relationship and instead of showing us the proper character growth/development with realization of her mistakes,she for whole ass dude over there and jealousy route will be used.

Nahh I don't think so cuz it wrapped at the end of the Feb and 6 months for a big drama like that is bit short, but I hope you are right !

any other investor would have either forced the dissolution by selling the shares or kicked her out of the company all together for making a fuss. I am really sorry for say it but just cuz you worked hard for something or feel about it...doesn't make it your company or product.
The one who invested the money and handed stuff to you on silver platter owns it, so it wasn't her company to begin with and only she has this delusion.
She willingly made conscious decision of starting the company without money and look for the investors, she sold the shares to him herself and hence has no excuse to cry about it.

Again She has no legal or moral right to acquire that information, and as majority share owner ML had every right to look up for the betterment of his company by merging it with already successful entity.
Like it or not she is using her status as his g.f to demand an explanation out of him, even in that case not once she has allowed him to properly explain it.
So in simple words first, she has an unreasonable demand and expectation, after that she had foul attitude and forget everything ML has done for so far....so if I have to blame someone, its FL !
She hasn't learned anything from the failure of her previous relationship, her attitude of "my way or highway" combined with continuous forcing of her will on the other party by unilateral decision lead to the eventual breakup....she is doing the same here !

I am ep 20 but he was still alot better than other offers they are receiving, nowhere in the world investors are anybody's friend and he legally bought or acquired those shares. FL was dumb enough to start a business without initial capital and is now crying about the consequences.
She had almost everything handed over to her in silver plate and is still complaining about stuff, welcome to the planet earth here majority joint property owner had the legal right to make decisions.
So, what FL was expecting just cuz she is sleeping with him...he would cheat all the other investors of the group, give her leeway !

I have watched extra episode and finally my fav chap was included !

I recommend you check out "Go Ahead", it got family theme and deep/great story. Furthermore, it had small romantic nuisances and details of FL character. Which made it pretty apparent, who she liked/loved from get go and whom she considered her brother.
It got type of ML you like and it may change you views about seeing "Seven in romance setting" but you gave me good option, I may also rewatch SOKP cuz it had good story.
One point to consider here is....I didn't hated any SML or FL in that drama cuz it was done right !

I was planning to watch it for long time but decided to wait, till season 2 drops and watch it one go but when I checked out the comment section of season 2 in first week of airing. There was war of attrition among different ML factions, I already had enough of it in TPR so I decided to wait to see....how it ends and now it seems like,
another good drama ruined by novel edit; they killed Jing. Which means ending has been changed, XL will die in either case and FL may end up committing suicide like CX mother right in front of him and drama will stay true to its name "Lost you forever"
in either case after reading a lot of people comments, this shit is traumatizing and I am good !

Calm down you seem to be having panic attack here, drama name is "Lost you Forever" so what was you expecting from it and there is no historical precedent or case of marrying the dead body. So, who knows FL will move on and settle with someone else !
