He choked her up multiple times so how can she trust him completely? He doesn't share any plan with Li Fei either, she's actually using her brain to not blindedly trusting him knowing he can loose control over his body anytime & when that happen someone else's could die

Also, I want them to work together & not against eachother, although I can't blame LF either cause XY is just that bad at communicating, he keep everything to himself whether it's his plan or Li Fei's power
& him being often possessed by the Dark Lord doesn't help.
For instance, he shd share his plan with her, not just asking her to blindly trust him when The Dark Lord can easily taking control his body anytime & after all that backstabbed & choked by the neck he did to her🤦‍♀️

They need to tone down giving us repeated flashback & start showing their past lives in linear, the choppy editing doesn't help either making it evenmore confusing coz we're jumping from one scene to another and they show it bits by bits without giving much context. Thought earlier ep already covered much ep that has been cut onscreen but apparently not? 🤔

I think it's just his way to redeem his past, she died for him multiple times already, be it in their past lives, maybe his regret shape LXY the way it is now & same with JLF, she want to hv a life of her own since she already giving her life so many times before.

Even with episode cut, I still prefer this over the recent airings 🤓 (I've dropped most of it while for this one I look forward to their newest ep everyday)

Same haha, I dropped all those drama you mentioned too (except the heir that I've never tried) but am loving this one, the editing seems choppy coz they cut many ep but surprisingly it doesn't bother me much since if anything they remove unnecessary scene along with it & I still look forward to it everyday

The illusion's arc Tong Zhou had in the drama was made too short, I wish they could make it like in the novel where he fully live his marriage life & live as a married partner as a whole for quite sometime hence he was buried way too deep in his dream to let it go even after waking up, that way we could understand his obsession more & see how this ilussion arc work as his catalyst to what's coming ahead/ his turning point.

Honestly Li Fei put a good damn reasoning on why she feel upset at LXY, it's because she genuinely care for him and feel distress seeing he constantly get hurted in her stead without her consent, like I'd feel upset & distress too if my dearest person keep doing everything & putting his life on the line for me without me even knowing. She wouldn't be this upset if she has no feeling for him.

I want them to reunite & get together soon but now I actually feel pleased to find the couple will take turn in showing their effort. Li Fei, forgive him already, please~~
