You're actually explaining our mountain spirit's term so well, I agree πββοΈ. In Hye Sun case, her sadness make her learned more about humanity but it works the opposite for WY. He need happiness to give him the courage to learn more about humanity & actually become one.
Our mountain spirit is like a parent who use punishment & reward to teach their kids π€
As for inexperience vs immaturity, yes I find it hard as well to compose & dwell on this matters, as a lot of things can affect one's maturity enough: experience, nature, nurture, etc π
I think I'll only starting this if the show being obvious in portraying a toxic relationship as toxic & rely a good moral message, only by that I'll consider the show as being realistic. So I guess, I'll wait for more episodes to see the feedback π Has the SML shown up & hv a significant screentime/ role, yet btw?
This drama started off really unique and funny so I binged the first few episodes all excited and eager to see…
I hv an opposite opinion, I had problems with the age gap on Goblin hence I dropped them by ep 6 but I don't find the age gap here, at all & enjoy MRIAG to the fullest. Reason why: on Goblin I feel a massive age gap on the MC like an uncle with his niece because they have a big age gap in emotional maturity, Eun Tak's written just like any other ordinary bubbly highschooler, while here I don't find it so as Dam is one mature college girl & even so, she's more mature than most girls on her age, she's independent, know how to set boundaries, know how to respect herself, know her priorities & even give guidance & protection to our Fox, to her friends, etc. Well I guess, that's why there's always different drama for different people, to each of their own.
"We mature with the damage, not with the years" I came across this quote and I think it is timely. Some viewers…
True, maturity =/= age, as time passes you'll learn more things but also sometimes reality can hit you hard how living w/ your ideal mind isn't as easy as what you had thought. People also tends to grow bitter by times, esp when they hv no one to rely or to share their burden. However, I also don't see it as them being immature either, just like Woo Yeo, I see him as a person who have a lot of things to consider given his experience in life thus choose to lived in a shell to protect his ownself.
Without watching any previous season can k watch it directly
Only if you hv no plan to watch their previous seasons as major spoilers from their previous seasons are spread everywhere, who is the killer, how it's ended, etc.
This is a fantasy Romcom from a popular webtoon. It's not meant to be a slice of life kind of drama. Besides it's…
True, it's not like she drop out from school, it's just one of the sub in Uni where she can always take it again next semester or any other semester when she had the time, not that a big deal
I can't speak for everyone but I will tell you why I don't like him. Apart from the bet which is obviously nasty,…
People are just fed up by his self entitled act, he acted as if he owns Dam, saying I'll let you go only if your bf is far beyond my league, etc.. like Dude, she has rejected you for a countless time, told you to back off but you act like you heard none, she had the rights to reject you even if she is single, the audacity of him to think that everything shd goes according by his will is nervewrecking. He might not be the worst person outthere but he is the most annoying SML I've encounter so far, and if most/ many people think the same, then clearly there's a problem with his character.
I'm eagerly waiting to see Su Kyung's reaction when she find out on who the real Dam's Sir is, will she connect all the dots herself or not, it'll be delightful to see π€
Man itβs but it feels like Sun Woo is getting a pass for all the horrible things he is done because he is cute…
Yes! Let's be real, if I encounter a man like Sun Woo who doesn't know how to give someone a personal space & won't leave me alone & keep intervent my private matters no matter how many times I've said NO to him, I'd find him creepy. Agree, he's been given a free pass just because his cute face, but here to me it doesn't add any value to his character, he's really getting on my nerves these days.
Another preview for ep 13 just dropped...it doesn't look good for our fox. My heart breaks for him. https://youtu.be/U2_6ecQUe6o
Lol, I'm sorry but it's so funny, Hye Sun's face π€£ But yeah, while I get the message on what human should do or think. Our fox didn't have that leverage to hesitate as he's running out of time, so I hope our Dam will become more understanding once she knew what's bothering him.
Btw, I love how Hye Sun pointing out than Sun Woo is even less decent as a human being than the Fox, lmao, she really have a great sense & can see him right throughly, I love her even more now ππ€
Mind explaining that a bit I think know what your saying I just want to make sure I'm on the same page
True, it's rather absurd to complains about the age gap here. The actor's real age are only 2 years apart & Dam as a character is a mature person, she used to lived without/ far from her parents thus taught how to become independent & lived by her own feet, even Dam seem to be the one who has the upper hand & teach Woo Yeo how to become a proper human.
& yeah idk why ppl complains about the main couple's age gap but find it ok for the second couple when they have the same age gap, seem double std for me. Like, do they expect Woo Yeo to act silly like a teenage boy? It'd become a major turn off for me instead, lol. I love both main & second couple, I don't need to pick one as I enjoy both π
Me too, thank you π

Me: β€π Love 'em!
Hope to see more post from you, it's unfortunate that we only hv 2 ep remains :")
