Ji Hyun is my fav girl on the show (love her quirky & silly antics) but I like & acknowledge how thoughtful MK throughout the show & she's probably the sharpest among the girls

True, it's really dissapointing how he fail her, I ws hurted from hearing it alone when it's not even mine & if I were her I'll suffer for trust issue so it'll be hard to trust my heart to him once more, later she need to think it through before making decision & first he need to earn her trust & learn his lesson hard.

I was rooting for them to reunite, but now idk anymore, the way they broke up felt like betrayal to her even if there's no 3rd party. If they gonna end up together I want him to fight for her & it's something that he shd earn (not given).
Maybe it's a good thing if she can move on, although ngl the drama that may occur between them will obviously gonna be spicy.

Baek hyun is funny at the beg of ep8, ngl he brought some color to this show, then he did dissapointing thing again, but at the end of the day I kinda get why he's behaving like that, it's because he feel that his ex isn't being sincere & he feel upset with his own reaction thus the lash out.

My pleasure to share ^^, I think to put it simply the advantage of watching S2 will be the emotional connection that you'll get for S3 rightaway from ep 1 (I cried & feel touched since ep 1 coz it brought back alot of memories from S2)

Watching S1 isn't necessary, but for me S2 is needed to know the real meaning behind Fugui's birth, you'll understand & relate more to his father's decision or why he become the man he has become (I think people who watch S2 will hate or judge his character less). So if you have the time I'll suggest you to watch S2 before watching S3 coz it's adding S3 value. But eitherway you'll still understand the story.
S2 is precious on its own so for me it's good to watch (I dropped S1)

What I get from rewatching it keenly to see Won Kyu's reaction:
He's still affect much by his ex:
- " I think I'm gonna be heartbroken" >> said on the 1st night
- hearing her voice upstairs (presume with other guys) annoys him that he wear earplug as his counter
- he cried reading his ex introductory letter & hold his gift that was returned dearly (while looking dejected)

But

From the trailer,
It was his ex that was seen breaking down crying
And slam down her cloth furiously
Also there's a snippet that show him getting closer to JY (in the kitchen)
& that voice over "did you kiss her?" (I think it's her voice)

I can see there's more and more drama going forward & also the reason why I think the production team had to reveal the exes this early.
