The fact that you felt the need to do so is indicative of your own judgment toward bl (and likely more), and obviously your actual desire to debate (and/or expound on your prejudice) otherwise you would have just moved on, as though my comment meant nothing to you. revising review- Iām obsessed with the soundtrack to this and I cannot give enough props to the actors for pulling this off!!! still would have preferred it as a bl- cause I shipped Naomi with Sho and. Akane with Kazushifrom the beginningā¦ but overall this show/soundtrack has whittled its way into my brain and I canāt let it go. love love
Taiwanese BL is my safe place- that being said, Iāve never wanted a show to end so badly. in part due to my expectations, but mostly cause it felt like History got lazy and stopped developing charactersā¦ they just through together a boring story with bland characters and had them awkwardly kissā¦ never though History would let me down so much.
I love History and this was the first season to make me question it- it took me 10 episodes to appreciate all of the characters. before that- the younger brother is a sociopath and how could they write this character?!?!! they did do a good job of bringing his character full circle- he really sacrificed everything for the person he loved. as for the other couple- had they not been so perfectly played and so cute to watch- I would have been angry about them tooā¦ we love bl for bl- two straight men arguing over whoās number 1 was a hard sell for my bl love- but like I said, the actors were great which allowed my bl delulu to cringe through until it actuall felt like bl. I give the higher rating of 8 just cause Iām impressed with how much more I liked it by the end than I thought I would at the beginning. lollll
what an adorable short! the actors were great for being so novice, chemistry was amazing, both both them beautiful, and the stories were perfect for the amount of time given! too often are Thai dramas way longer than they need to be- this was a perfect snippet that felt super satisfying.
