Ren min is naturally cute I don't find her trying hard to be cute like other says.
Oh, I didn't know that. I think you are definitely right about at least some of them. I also think that they may have some form of jealousy towards her as well.
Poor Qing Gang. How could he like Bai Xue lu? She is so selfish. I hope she pays for what she did.
I keep asking that too. How can he like her? Is it all about her appearance? If so, that doesn't say some good things about His character as a person. In general, I don't like or enjoy when an apparently good and righteous man falls in love with a conniving, selfish and sometimes evil girl, and then stay loyal to her!! It is crazy, and really lowers my estimation of those guy characters.π€
I was excited to see XZ in a fantasy drama but I have to prepare myself to put up with the FL. She has a πΈ…
I must admit that Ren Min would look a lot better with out those bangs most of the time, but I do like her. It is too bad that the Stylist for the most part, didn't take the time to find out what hairstyles and makeup most flatters Ren Min. Some of the looks or styles she has in this drama, she does appear cuter and prettier though.
This Xianxia type of drama was a new experience for her and she does a pretty good job. Ren Min is very good at acting as more mature characters/scenes and crying usually quite naturally. But she appears young and smol, and it naturally makes her cuter as well. This drama actually improves the main female character compared to the novel. The character was very reckless, nonsensical and annoying. Thank goodness the character is better here and Ren Min helps with some of that.
I would give her a fair chance if I were you, to see what you really think of her in the drama. Good luck!
"His" lies? Who is the man you are talking about, because if you are referencing all of humanity or "mankind", you would use "their" (plural and possessive) lies...
Yes. You would think so, but he is obsessed with revenge, power and selfishness.
Which makes you wonder if he actually really does love her, and he isn't just obsessed and needing another "reason " or excuse to "work" (kill, manipulate etc) towards fulfilling his other desires.
Thank you for your thoughts. I completely agree with you! Thank you! ππ
I don't think it is only, or is always men vs women too. I could definitely see some people acting the way they do at least in part, because of what you suggested.
I have learned some, a little actually. Haha. I learned some out of curiosity and because someone I know refrenced the different animal years. I understood a little of what you were trying to say.
I just find it absurd and pretty ridiculous and a bit sad that you take it so seriously and the opinion you shared. Yes, you are entitled to your opinion, but you only watched 2 episodes (?). Sometimes you need more time, especially with a longer, Xianxia type of drama.
Also, the best way to truly understand human nature is by God and Jesus Christ. Learning about them, their purposes, intentions, how they teach, love etc, will do your mind and heart, (your soul) so much more good, and healing and you will receive more enlightenment than any form of astrology or fortune telling will, if you are sincere and pray.
Honestly, most of the issues, and problems that have arisen, were by several other people. Zhu Yan is one of the least to purposely influence or cause problems/misunderstandings. There are far more troubling characters. Even Shi Ying caused more misunderstandings and problems, especially Chong Ming and that ridiculously selfish/victim mentality oldest half Bai sister, & SY's Master.
In the 1st half of the novel, Zhu Yan was far more reckless, unreasonable, rebellious and annoying...
Ren Min is actually a good actress, especially in serious roles.π
I think she is doing just fine. Her nose etc may not be as "pretty" as a couple of other drama's leading girls, but she makes this cuter, feisty character actually palpable and less annoying. Not to mention in some ways she is a better actress. I am very annoyed with people coming at her like this, and yet will support less talented and more irritating actresses or female characters. Plus, working with Xiao Zhan does hopefully give her some benefits as well as heavy negativity aimed at her.

Do they WANT it/him to be a cat? Because it doesn't really look that way...π€ͺ
