I actually think that he and a couple of the other guys are more attractive, than her, but she isn't too bad.
Anyway, I am not sensing a lot of chemistry between them so far (from the first episode). That might change though..

But I do enjoy the fact that she is good at what she does and is convincing as someone with a history of fighting and smart.

I don't think he is "just" gay, if he is. I think he possibly goes both ways, because he usually treats the actresses better than the actors, but that isn't saying a whole lot though. He is pretty sick.
