Yes, I was thinking similar thoughts. I really like the actor Cheng Hong Xin, who is portraying Su Muyu in Dashing Youth! For the most part (I have only seen 2 episodes) he seems to fit the character well and his face seems to also fit the donghua maybe a bit more. (?) It would be better if he was a little more physically bigger or intimidating though.(?) CHX does have that mysterious vibe for sure! He also leaves you wanting to see more of him! ... His appearance reminds me of Kwak Dong Yeon, in Love In the Moonlight. 😅
I do like Gong jun, but I am not sure if he will have the right aura of a mysterious assassin (with possible hints of goodness underneath). He looks great in the styles they have given him though! His face looks different than the look of the donghua, but I guess that isn't too much of a problem because he is still attractive and handsome. I hope he won't look awkward in the fighting scenes. But in a couple of his behind the scenes, he looks pretty good.. I do wish him well!👍 I really do hope he will do a good job.😊

I really like this actor, and the way he portrayed Su Muyu!!🥺🥰 His appearance in the face seems to fit better with the donghwa. He also has more of that mysterious, dangerous, (yet might have some good in him) dark assassin aura.

I have always been very supportive of this pairing ....(and fairly supportive of this drama too), but I am possibly even more for CMMD! I hope Dilireba will film that one next year as well! It would be great if she could film both dramas!
