Actually they advertised that PMY lost quite a bit of weight for this drama, supposedly for being a cancer patient. She said that when she was deciding to act this part, she was having a very difficult time. I hope that she is physically and mentally/emotionally healing.

Being together can be LITERAL, as in they are staying by each other. But her heart, romantically could belong to ZYZ. I could see this maybe happening if ZYZ dies, or something entirely different could happen.
