About my lists:
- No "On-Hold" List : If it's on hold, you just know you're never going to ever finish it so just drop it.
- No "To Be Watched" list : Life is too short to watch everything that comes out. Better avoid having that type of list, it's putting yourself through voluntary FOMO headaches.
- No "Dropped " list : If everybody loved a show but you dropped it... you know you're going to be tempted to give it another try. Better avoid the temptation all together. If it sucked, it sucked, don't keep a list that makes you want to look back.
- No "Not Interested" list: Why does this list even exists?
About my ratings:
Most important criterion is my level of enjoyment and... my level of enjoyment regardless of the hype, number of dislikes or overall ratings received by said shows.
Below 5 and under: Basically it sucks.... But how much does it suck, there lies the question.
Between 5 and 7: Bland, Meh, Mediocre, hashed and rehashed plots which brought nothing fresh or new to the table but which managed the extraordinary exploit of ruining familiar tropes that I usually enjoy. Even the actors couldn't save this mess but there's enough production value and/or acting chops to keep this poor excuse of a drama/movie from being completely dreadful.
Anything below 7, is not worth my precious time.
Between 7 and 8: Gray area between enjoyable and frustrating. Most of the time, it means the actors carried the show in spite of the weak writing or... that it would have been a much better show if they didn't make it drag that much.
Between 8 and 9: Really had a good time in spite of some flows and/or drop in quality in the second half.
9: LOVED every single minute of it.
9.5 and above: Perfection does not exist... or so they say, but it was perfect for me. Worth multiple rewatch.
Final Note: I only rate completed shows and only once I've completed them.
