When Qing Lang said “I don't think I loved you this much in my past life because it wasn't enough. I have to make it all up to you in this life,” a tear dropped. The Chinese are so poetic gosh, like he could have just said “ I feel like I have known you forever,” but said this. My God, how am I going to survive one episode every week😭
Honestly guys, this episode was confusing for me. I don’t know if I am the one with the problem but I don’t understand anything going on. Can any kind person help summarize it for me 😭. You can tick the spoiler box

Stepping away for a moment isn't to punish others it can be room and time for us to collect ourselves. that room…
I understood why the female lead gave him the ultimatum of divorce. She was obviously scarred by her parents’ marriage and did not want history to repeat itself. Seeing her mother suffer made her afraid of ending up in the same situation.
From my perspective, she did nothing wrong. The male lead’s first mistake was not telling her that he was actually the one who saved her when she fell into the river. I understand why he initially said it was his nephew, but he still should have told her the truth personally afterward.
Secondly, all of this happened before he proposed to her. I honestly think he blew everything out of proportion and unfairly made her seem like the bad person. The only person truly at fault here was the nephew, because his actions created the misunderstanding in the first place.
