I read somewhere that in this case, it wasn't a festival and it was always crowed. Now, I think, it's better like you said to setting up something or maybe, has tickets and not for free. I wanted to understand and to want how they could prevent this kind of incident.

When Pluem arrived and saw Kawin bare-foot, I wished he would got up of the scooter but the hug was a nice element. I could feel the emotion and that Kawin felt safe with him.
