Your forgetting the fact she already slept with ml without safety with the intention of if she ever get pregnant it should be his, and fl and sml never had sex it just implies he wants to go for next and it did never happen.

You can find the ml of good bad mother as same as fl of this drama, he abandons the fl to get revenge for his father gets engaged but loses his memory from accident.
