He's just... very brash and kinda rude? xD someone in the comments was like "いつも悪口” so I guess he's always like that. But his fans seem to enjoy it and find it entertaining... It's just almost opposite from Baba so it's shocking if you're coming from this drama I think (as I was).

Baba was my fav character until I watched Sano's insta live and the actor's real personality shocked me, lmao. Now I'm like whatever. I couldn't help but think of that insta live while watching ep 5... lol

So ep 6 is gonna be the last of ep where we see them in training, and then in "part 2" it's gonna switch to show active duty and even some of the actors will switch up...

what is with this guy!? lmao. I like him a lot in Teppachi, but I just watched an instagram live he did several hours ago (where he cooked hayashi rice), and he was such a jerk? :O I was shocked, lmao. I mean, obviously people aren't the characters they act in dramas, but the gap is so huge... He reminded me a lot of loud, annoying male Japanese youtubers I don't particularly like. What a disappointment... I mean, clearly, there are a lot of people into his schtick tho. idgi but, whatever floats your boat.

Only watched ep 1 but it's soooooo cheesy. Even for a j-drama, lmao.

This looks so fun tho, some of these guys seem a bit old to be playing high school students... like Shohei... and Inukai... etc. Are they not necessarily supposed to be high school aged, just warlords in school? lol

I watched this for Akira (who doesn't appear til ep 7), but the women were what made it worth it. I loved the depiction of their lives and how they interacted with each other in complex ways.

The last 2 eps kinda fell flat tho. Did they add eps because the drama was popular? idk. I wish they had showed more of all the women in the final ep but they were like a footnote in the last few minutes, but. Overall it's a great drama.

only watch if you want a cryfest.... t_T

I thought Suzuki Jin was good in Kieta Hatsukoi, but I guess he was just being carried by the rest of the cast, cause... he's so bad in this, omg. He seems to think acting is blinking a lot and twitching all the muscles in his face? It's so unbearable to watch him... -_- I can't handle the close-up scenes where he just is moving his face muscles about, lmao.
