Dear Hongrang is a masterpiece to those who are able to grasp and understand the story and relate to it, not mentioning the impecable cinematography, acting, directing, pacing and soundtrack. Everything is just perfect.
This type of genre and drama which focuses on heavy and dark themes is not meant for everyone . So it's okay if you have an issue with one or two.
But personally, this drama delivered for me in all way possible!!
Wow 😁 seems everyone has different way of grasping. Cause all you just said are merely the surface unecesary aspect of this drama. You didn't even touch one out of the many dynamics of this story that makes it so compelling and powerful
It's a type of drama that you watch sensitively to get the message. Might need to rewatch again. The acting, pacing, storytelling, cinematography are top notch.
The drama focuses on so many humane and real life circumstances that you can relate to.
It's a dark and heavy story that many that are not used to watching this type of show will find it hard to go through.
Alright since all episodes are released. If you want to avoid spoilers by all means, it's good to stay away from this page at least for the mean time . Cause there is no way you won't be spoiled.
Waited so long for this to release hoping it would be different than original. This show is not for me☹️
Different from the original?
If they make it different from the original, it won't really be a true adaptation then, what exactly don't you like about the original story; the sad ending??
I was reading some reviews of offline screening where 5 episodes were shown (unlike online screening that was…
5 episodes wow!
Okay. I think that's not bad of a criticism that much. It was clear if you read the webtoon or novel that the drama is going to explore various themes that are dark and heavy. So someone like me is ready for that.
But lets wait and watch to understand their perspective better. But overall I'm glad that's the only criticism so far; let's hope the drama delivers
I think something like 'Historical fiction' genre would be better. Many people like to document their change in…
Yeah most viewers like a weekly drop type of drama, so they can follow up slowly and enjoy it but this is a Netflix original drama. They release their drama episodes all at once. You can decide not to rush and watch it on a daily or timely basis on your own so as to enjoy each episodes slowly; the only disadvantage is that they will be alot of spoilers online
