They all have their short coming. As of now, he only has a year to live. How many people in real life will marry someone who has only a year to live? Their reasons are valid. Priorities will shift later. He is just the first to be on board at the moment. The CP enjoys chasing her too. Chasing her as given him a new reason to at least want to live longer.

People are always like that with second lead. Meanwhile the ML is the one carrying the show with his cheesy lines. If not him, I would have dropped. I don’t see what they see.
