Yes me too. I feel people tend to taken for granted good people and their demand for them double. But Xiao Ming Ming didnt immediately become hero. From modern people who only think the people inside the game are not real, and he just want to get out quickly by doing the task, then living Qiushui's life, grew attached to Xiao family (mom and dad really super sweet, they both love him in their own way, he is an orphan so to finally have a warm family again is dream come true). So he will try his best to play the characters well.
A long the way, there is many up and down, and your family background is not from entertainment too, do you ever questioned whether you can stay as an actor. He said his family is quite simple, when he studied acting in Beijing, it is hard for them to finance it. They also dont understand the profession. But i am really thankful to my dad and mom, although they dont understand it, but because their son has dream, they believe he can find his own way. Although the process is not easy, but he keep persisting and keep learning and making breaktrough to make it work.
Do you think your personality is quite strong? I think so, from young he has strong personalitu, he is a man, eventhough if you fell, you will stand up to face it. His dad also said, Beijing is so far away from his home, then your future road you must walk it on your own. He said, i will.
Then how you make it thru the ordeal/hardship. He said he really thankfull to his Guoguo/fans. Because they send him letters, till now he still keep it. The lettter said, after Lin Jinyu, she cant see his new characters anymore, but brother, i believe you, you will get better and better, and i'll definitely see more of you in the future. Because after playing that role, i didn't have any new projects for a few years. maybe that's just how my career path is. So sometimes, my fans would feel worried for me. that's why being able to come this far and be where i am now, i feel even more grateful to them, for their support and perseverance all along.

So for an actor to be able to be seen by more people, it need opportunity and time to wait, how do you cope with it. This is something you cant help with, you can only wait. Don’t dwell on/worry about the past, don’t know the future, just live in the present. Then all you can do is to do the best of you could for the present, prepared for every opportunity. Just the like old saying, if you work hard you might not get rewarded. But without hardwork, you won't even have the chance to gain. So, wait for opportunities, constantly hone yourself during the downtime when there's no filming.
Do your personality always so calm? No it is not like that, when you are young, when you are in teenage, in your 20s, 30s, it is different, because of what you face, the people you met is different. I think it all depend on your state of mind, because i dont like to bother others, so i just face it myself. When I just graduated, I was still young. At that time, I tried my best to please others, be more outgoing and lively, so that more people would see me. But I found that as I got older, my state of mind changed, and I felt that it was good to be myself.
Do you have any tips how to face harships? Tips i dont have it haha.. i think life is nothing more than living with yourself, so don't be too hard on yourself. Believe that you still have your family, friends, believe you will find happiness, believe the future will get better.
What is your definition of good work? He said good works are the product of collective efforts.
Then what your criteria to choose for your roles? When i just started my profession, i am not the one who choose, it is other who choose me. Just give me any role, i will play them. But it is much better now, i need to work harder, to discuss with director, scriptwriters, and other departments how to do the drama well. I still have many things to learn. After the drama aired, i can also learn from the audiences feedback, to learn how to improve myself.
So do you see the barrages? I dont really see the barrages, usually after 2-3 times of watching then i see the barrages. It is so cute and interesting, they can understand it from that kind of perspective.
Do you worry whether you’ve fallen into a “costume drama specialist” label? Not really. Worries are something you give yourself. There are many kinds of costume dramas; the character backgrounds and opponents are different, so what you want to express is definitely different. As an actor he also want to play more different roles, to make breakthrough. He didnt have any particular theme to like, any theme he want to explore more.
The audiences also saw the variety show, said you are gaming black hole (😅🤣🤣🤣🤣). Actually i dont know why i am like that, because my personality just like that, slow burned. Just few days ago i play game again, the laoshi told me few times (the rule of the game), but i still dont understand it. I guess i am gaming black hole😅 just hope people will watch the drama.
