It was almost good, but almost doesn't count🎤🎶... Isekai!!! a genre where you can go anywhere with a story and they took it nowhere, when I first saw the parents I was like "Uhhh the alternate universe is a Lakorn" , but nope just the same boring world with just a lil bit of ketchup. I hoped for some character development of the side characters and even the main characters themselves, but 🤷, but Lord knows that they did brush their teeth and ate some Choco pie on the other universe. I didn't hate it, just disappointed by the writing among other things (never read the novel).
BTW Neo deserves a ML role, he can do slapstick and serious in one take, that's versatility.
Yup I agree. The ick factor in sibling romance isn't always about the genetics or the risk of genetic issues in…
"Ok fine you fall for them before you become step siblings" exactly this I get.
I tend to avoid step-sibling romances since they are uncomfortable for me to watch and go against my moral code, but sometimes I do have zero self-control as apparent.
You know what, sometimes you just need badly written, badly directed and badly acted entertaining dramas to better appreciate the better written, better directed and better acted dramas....So I appreciate this drama a lot🙏
I think I loved it way more than I should have because I was watching "unforgotten night" concurrently😂😂😂, but not to take away from the drama itself, it was good, very well done, but watching "unforgotten night" at the same, made it seem like a masterpiece.
I decided to trust an MDL rating and comments too for once and soldiered through the laugh track and I'm glad I did, this was a gem and after a couple of episodes, the laugh track was background noise.
I note the important stuff only, like all the food related T-shirts in each episode... Natto/Sashimi/Miso soup/Sushi/Ramen/burger/ Ice cream/ bean sprout etc. 🧐

Yes yes I love the drama, but Oh Director Hong, I haven't enjoyed a character like this in a while. 🤣
This reminds me so much of the movie "Man in love", simple life dramas made exceptionally good by actors who can act well...
