Both dramas are set in the 70's and throughout different decades showing how their lives progress.
AOTM has a crime and investigation subplot while TYM has a business subplot.
The MLs in both dramas are well portrayed.
TYM FL is a girl boss.
Similar characters;
TYM has Yao Yu Ling and AOTM has He Hong Ling.
TYM has Ye Guo Hua and AOTM has Niu Da Li. (sort of)

Morally ambiguous (Shameless) MLs.
Underdog becomes superpowered (from weak to strong)
(Battle) competition.
Dominator of Martial God's is low budget as hell though...
Barely any romance in both.

One is a fake marriage and the other is an arranged marriage.
Both couples fall in love as the story goes.
Both have shy female leads.
When I was watching Kekkon surutte, Hontou desu ka? it reminded me of Marry me!
I do prefer Marry Me! over Kekkon surutte, Hontou desu ka? though.

Good Job is the lesser crazy version of Crazy Love.
CEOs who are more than they seem.
Company politics, office romance.
I like the FLs in both, both capable and strong.
The storylines are kinda loopy in the best kinda way.
Similar vibes really.

Rough around the edges MLs with criminal pasts who turn their lives around because of a girl, "Man in love" is more of a romantic kind of relationship while "Lighting up the stars" is more of a father-daughter relationship , both slice of life dramas with a lot of deaths in them, both are tearjerkers...and they also have a similar vibe.

Both MLs are notorious in their own right, both are/were part of a gang.
The ML from "The fable" takes a year off while the ML from "The way of the househusband" chose to retire and both go on to try living ordinary lives.
Both their pasts don't seem to rest.
The themes in The fable are a lot darker.

Both have creepy horror vibes, but fun to watch.
Unpredictable plots.
Leads with special powers.
The romance is not fluffy at all.
(both plots are the kind only Jdramas can provide really)

Peculiar MLs, although the doctor on the Good Doctor it's due to Savant Syndrome while the ML from Radiation House is just an awkward guy.
Both ML are medical geniuses who are often misunderstood.
Cold FL at first.
*GD (SK) has romance, RH has slight romance.
MLs are special recruitments by the director

Not much is similar besides both dramas having serial killers and both FL having some kind of connection to the serial killer.
But the vibe is the same.
