The story went down in all bad directions. Not a single thing made sense.

They tried to use the “chaebol” card to explain how the SML and the Aunt got around. But for some reason, they constantly ignored the fact that the FL is even richer.

Somehow neither she nor her grandmother knew how to use the power that comes with the money.

Usually NKM has the best taste in picking up scenarios. I don’t know what happened here.

Great potential, but then some aspects were so illogical.

The kidnapper was a wonderman who did everything so smoothly, from IT and hacking to having money for huge cellars, beating all cops and so on. They knew who he was, talked about him on TV, but didn’t share his picture so he was roaming around freely.

Literally police didn’t do a single thing..

Ok, now it’s tiring.

Why the MLs can’t do anything right? They have all resources, yet no ability.

Meanwhile, the other side has less resources, more scandals and yet no issues. Lol

The now historic (I feel old) dramas had these fun and cute SML characters that would in time go their own ways. But when something starts off cute and then you hit the wall with the sudden drama - it becomes a bit boring to watch.

I agree that it depends on a story as always, but that’s quite lacking these days :(

He’s for sure the negative guy and behind everything. She’s most likely protected by the guy who died and he’s trying to keep the SML away.

It’s just that it would be easier to watch if the story was just about them solving problems for the spirits and getting to know each other. The SML trying to separate them for all the wrong reasons kind of messes dynamics.

The actor is great, so I don’t mind him personally. This is just something happening over and over.

It’s time for kdramas to drop the second lead characters. The show is so cute when it’s just about the . Then the whole energy goes down with the SML

I have a feeling she might be the owner of company that the SML is trying to buy. There must be a reason that was mentioned in the first place and why his grandma was in Jeju.

She will probably buy shares and show up to save Hari when her aunt goes after her.

It’s obvious that his grandma is rich, so why no one is noticing it when looking into his records?

Also, if she told her grandma - she should have done the same with his to make it sense.

NKM usually picks the masterpiece scenarios. I don’t understand why this went so badly.

Why did they make a character so unable to make some sense and at least provide a bit of context to the affected parties?

I also agree, but they are now entering the fight for management. If her cousin has no experience and only known issues, she shouldn’t even be considered as a contender. Yet she’s pushing for it :/

In this case, the cousin was engaged to the murderer, then collaborated with him to kidnap the FL. Additionally, she doesn’t do anything in life.

Yet no one is saying anything.

Meanwhile, they plan to chase the FL for something they could never prove. Plus something that only a certain part of society would believe. So how could that affect her ever?

Also what is the issue with the cousin? She doesn’t want her married to the SML, now that’s resolved. So whg further bother?

There is one thing that I really don’t like in kdramas: When a side character has made so many bad things, yet no one holds them accountable. But then they make a drama of one thing related to the main character and suddenly it seems like the worst thing ever.

Like that killer. He was dating HaRi because his father needed their wealth and support. But then they made him as more powerful and capable to get his son out of the jail and able to kidnap YeoRi. If they make him go out of prison and her unable to fight her cousin - then I ll seriously drop it.

If she says to her grandma why she was kidnapped and her grandma doesn’t do any - fck it all.

I like the show, but I am slowly getting tired of some kdrama contradictions they created over time.

They always portray the super rich people as super powerful. The richer you are, the more you can do.

However, when the FL is finally super rich, somehow people with less financial means get to stomp over her all the time. Why is she suddenly incapable of using the same means to protect herself or chase others who do her wrong?

First, the daughter going through it with the open wound and loss of blood like it was nothing.

Then a thug being more powerful than directors of national intelligence. The agencies operate thousands of people, so why would they be scared of one group of gangsters? These gangsters can be rich, but they don’t have the same tools or legal power to do more than just blackmail their opponents.

If the story was only about North vs South - I would buy it. But some of the other stories are kind of distracting.

Note that the thing can influence politics and so on, but national security agencies operate independently and have back up tools to stay away from these people.

I don’t know… it’s a good production and I understand why people would enjoy the action. But the logic is a bit off and that puts me off.

The show is hilarious and I hope they continue with focus on their task, rather than wasting our time in some drama between leads with a significant age gap.

Even tho, Ji Sung is a very fine man!

I hope they won’t push this into a romance, that would be a bit too much..

Why are Korean writers so intent on making FLs into dumbass figures who assume, then act before checking anything. Do they really have no other idea for the story besides the misunderstandings?
