You can't compare your case to his. Type is an abused child so he doesn't have the same psycholgical background as you (sorry if I wrongly assume your life).
But either way, no one reacts equally in front of this kind of thing, which is exactly why you can't assume that the person is okay with what you're doing.
For the last part of your comment, I strongly recommend you to read my answer to Liz where I talk about "psychic stupor", which should answer your point.

(I don't know if it is called like this in english, sorry for that) It is a kind of psychological blockage that occur when your brain is put under such stress that it can't stand it and to prevent a heart attack, it drugs you with ketamine and morphine. So you can't do anything from this moment, even if someone is doing something that truly disgust you, even if you want to run, you just can't move.

Knowing that, remember that Type is an abused child. It's not that he didn't want to move, he just couldn't. Moreover, Tharn has a psychologcal ascendency (if that's the right term?) on him: he pushed him against the wall and blocked him by putting his arms from either side so Type couldn't escape.

You can't just assume that he wanted something when he clearly says "no". Be carefull, what you're saying is something really dangerous.

Are you serious ? Then when Type said: "Tharn, let me go!" and then pushed him away, you thought he was enjoying it ? Not to mention that he first asked him why did he do that and that he has a clearly disgust face for more than the half of the scene.
It's not because you find the scene hot that you can erase the fact that Type didn't want that.
