The romance is great! But its only a little as the focus is more on the story.

But despite of that, they are so far my fav couple this year. Theyre so cute and have a relationship like a soulmate.

A very thought provoking drama.

And Im so happy its a Happy Ending. Off to rewatch it again.

Its the makeup. They always overdid the makeup in XianXia dramas.

Try to watch him in Silent Tides which he filmed after this drama. They used natural makeup on him like in The Demon Hunter's Romance and he look so good and very handsome! 😌

The fisher man with white hair is also the ML in A Moment But Forever. All this 3 dramas are from the same universe.

This is such an excellent drama.

Brilliant drama! Ren Jialun has many excellent dramas, but this is probably my favorite from him.

The nuances in the scripts can be easily missed if you dont pay attention. But once you realize all the references, it takes your breath away.

Wonderful drama with great story.

Now I understand why its called Silent Tides. The main characters' contributions and actions are indeed silent but caused massive destruction to the enemies.

The story is very inspirational. Ren Jialun is brilliant!
