I agree; Vee needed to just tell Ploy and get it over with. He's been skating by on "well she's not around, so I'm safe." And even the preview apology sounded half-baked like "I'm sorry, it'll never happen again." He's said that or something similar a zillion times, so it doesn't make it as believable. Then there's Mark's own ex coming back into the picture and holy crazy train, hold on to your hats, we're in for a ride.

First time watching this genre and I wasn't sure what was going on in the first few episodes until I saw the director's cuts; definitely a lot more cohesion. Wonder why it needed to be edited so confusingly in the first place. I can't say this series necessarily has a storyline or plot, but the chemistry btwn the leads is definitely there. I'm not a fan of angst to begin with, but here it seems they can't be happy for more then a little bit before the rug gets pulled out from under them.

I never read the novels from anything I watch. But I've noticed many dramas either drag stuff out or gallop to the finish line.

I'm hoping it won't be until 10. They need a few solid happy episodes to grow their relationship properly.

Question: how many episodes of angst will there be before HE? I know what's coming needs to happen because Vee still hasn't gotten the point; even if it was a goodbye. At least apologize better; say it was a goodbye. But wondering, are they going to wait till the very last episode to resolve said angst? Anyone know?

Plus they had XiYue sign it under duress which would make the contract invalid to begin with. You can't force someone to sign something. And something that large of a sum has to have a legal representative present. The entire thing is hokie and illegal.
