I understand your thought process. It would've obviously been been grand if they could all be one giant happy family, but this is the way it was supposed to be. JL never got to experience a life and neither did she because she was basically Frankenstein'd. So now they have a chance to have the lives they've always wanted as completely regular people. I think they're both mortal and even though only one remembers everything but he chooses not to go there. He wants a simple life in a small village with the girl he's always loved.

Sadly, the actor is very thin due to GJM's starving diet so when he was filming, his upper torso was very skeletal probably one of the reasons they opted not to do that. Had he at least worked out and gained some muscle it would've looked better. Like YA works out Joseph works out. I don't understand why he couldn't work out. And he needs to start because his diet and skeletal look will get him in a lot of health crises.

Bingo! Plus, every single person is different. There are dramas that I love that other people hate and vice versa. So I will trust my own opinion, and if there are people that I have watched similar dramas with that, I know that we share the same kind of taste I may ask them for their opinion, but that's really it after that I go in on my own and if the drama doesn't hook me in a certain number of episodes, I'm out it's that simple.

IMDb has a more fair score because you have the international community chiming in not just mainlanders. It may be less people but you may get a more fair score or rating rather. And I like IMDb and have been a member since 2005 so that's a long time ago.

Can't believe I'm saying this and no I haven't gotten to sleep yet which is pretty ridiculous ridiculous and I had said that I was going to give it a high score even though technically I have not yet watched the entire thing though just the ending and about 1/3 of 27 but this will be my fifth costume drama after watching Lord knows how many dramas in general that will get a perfect score of 10. I will also write a review, though not like my usual reviews because again health is an issue, but I have to say that from the start of filming to now the end, this show really highlighted exactly what the director wanted us to see and every single character be they lead support guest and so forth really played their part. There wasn't one person that you just wish was not there and was completely unnecessary. I'm glad that we got the back stories of all characters of all especially of our leads basically. Honestly, I don't even know how many characters boo-boo played I lost track. I mean when this thing started filming, we all thought he played three characters now it turns out to be 4, 5, possibly 6. I'm not entirely sure which it is, but whatever it is I think he did a good job with each of them. I think they all did a great job with each of them and I really loved the BTS and the fun and excitement when they were shooting we got to see from the fans angle and how many takes it took for certain scenes. I don't think any scenes really were cut unless it was that massive inferno, which was scary as hell I'm glad nobody got hurt and only two huts burned down. But overall, I think everyone deserves a round of applause here like the entire cast. I know a lot of people love to use the word masterpiece, but that word has unfortunately lost a lot of its heft so when I write my review or whatever you wanna call it, there's going to be a much different title. It won't be long. It'll just be my thoughts, but yes, this show gets a perfect score from yours truly. Those who have known me the six years that I've been on MDL know that I'm very picky and not easy to please and I will be unbiased regardless if I follow someone or I don't follow someone but getting a 10 out of me; the show has to be amazing like really amazing. Now I'm going to sleep and I'm not going to be responding to any more messages until I wake up seriously this time I mean it. But you guys keep chatting keep watching, and I will catch up when I wake up later once I finish watching, I do not think my score will change or my rating whatever you wanna call it. I think this was the epitome of the perfect alignment of elements. 😊😘

Is the happiest possible ending with GJM as the screenwriter and director. I am very happy with the sending and especially as the camera pans out with the two on the bridge. If you read what's written underneath, it really puts a perspective on love on the universe on everything and it really brings more into account the fact that he really did interpret love his way.

If you already went that far to create an intimate scene and show LWY's pretty much full back the least he could've done was deep in that kiss and had maybe JL's shoulder exposed so even though obviously we knew what was happening that would've made it just more intimate and special for the two of them considering that until the end of the series nothing like that would happen again.

Yep! And got pretty much everyone back though only two with memories the rest either have amnesia or something else. But yes, we got exactly what we wanted.

Screw DB! As long as you like the series that's the most important thing. Lord, why do people care so much about the damn DB score most of us are international folks anyways and DB does not apply to us whatsoever. Plus this series broke the 10k heat index so whatever the heck pops up on DB is from trolls.

Disagree on the first two and the sisters had to separate, but I wouldn't call it a BE. I would just call it a progression of life.

I saw clips early on where it showed at least one of the two couples exactly as the ending showed them so I knew he was not going to do that. Plus this series out of the trifecta from MJTY which I believe was perseverance, friendship, family, and FOF, which was teamwork, from enemies to friends, and this one being love he was not going to annihilate the couples hell he even brought everyone back save the demons.

I grew up watching Sailor Moon lol. I don't think that's what he had in mind though. And he fought against JY's main body. But you are right the moon definitely had a lot of influence in the series well because you had both leading ladies from the sect and they had their names and all of that other stuff, but you did see other factors of the moon within the series itself plus both opening and closing credits.

I completely agree with your second part there's so much what I call sewer water, a.k.a. water armies and trolls working on DB even though they claim they clear their platform which is a whole bunch of bologna so it could have been any of the four. But DB is unreliable and it's toxic and I don't pay attention to it. I don't think others should either. Unfortunately, for mainland that's their only official rating site. They do have access to IMDb. Now, I'm not sure what the score on IMDb is for this drama or if it even has a page. But that's a site that you can trust internationally because that goes everywhere around the world.

Not on that website. If a show does well and it's not like some sort of propaganda or all veteran actors or something of that nature it'll get a low score or like a crappy score because there will be trolls crawling all over that damn thing. By considering the fact that after I washed episode 29 still have not seen the entire entirety of 25 or the rest of them and I'm already thinking of giving it a very high score which is a very rare thing for me says and speaks volumes. I love the sense of community here, especially since a lot of of us have been here since they started filming so the majority of those comments came from last year's five month shoot or whatever it was and the rest obviously with this airing. We spoke theories we spoke costumes. We did everything. There were solo fans, multi fans, like myself, drama fans here I mean, everybody was talking and chatting, and it was such a positive experience. We all knew that once the thing would air trolls would start popping into the common section bitching about Screen Time or actors they didn't like or something else and many of us would just say ignore that and go back to your regular scheduled, watching scrolling and chatting with the people that you know are positive. So that's my outlook not just on this drama but actually every drama I watch. 😊
